A little bit about Fred:

Fred Czuba’s beverage adventures began at home in the early ‘80s with a 3.3 lb. can of hopped malt extract and Fred Eckhardt’s book: A Treatise On Lager Beers. Since then, he has been a valued sales and supply chain partner in the Pacific Northwest and Canada for wineries, distilleries, cideries, kombucharies, infused beverage companies and breweries large and nano. In his spare time he likes to experiment in the kitchen, work on his suspense fiction, and build tiny houses. Fred lives in Portland with his wife, three chickens, a very loving but ill-behaved corgi, and occasionally with one or more of his four children.
